CourseCity Qualification Process

CourseCity offers the best content available on a variety of topics. To ensure that we maintain our high e-learning standards, we have developed the following qualification process for our Course Owners (CO's).

  1. Pre-Qualify via an Online Checklist.
    To see if you qualify, you will be asked to complete the following via an online checklist:
    1. Provide a history of your e-learning (online teaching/facilitation) experience.
    2. Provide your teaching/delivery philosophy that involves learners (interactivity and collaboration).
    3. Provide a written synopsis of the course idea as well as a brief business plan supporting why the course is needed.

  2. Register for and complete the Course Owner (CO) course, and submit course content.
    1. Complete a 2-hour course on the license terms, philosophy, technology and skill requirements.
    2. Provide a copy-edited document containing the course content, layout and assessment plan in .pdf format for review.
    3. Be selected by a review committee.

  3. Collaboratively design and develop your course with AliveTek.
    1. Commit to a development plan and timeline.
    2. Design and build your e-learning course to be delivered in the CourseCity Moodle environment.
    3. Leverage interactive tools and expertise provided by AliveTek.
    4. Launch your course - you're officially in business!

Complete Step 1 now! You will be notified of your status via email, so please be sure to offer the email address you use the most. Information for next steps will be sent after you complete Step 1.
